About Lolet's Eco Park
Lolets Eco-Park is located just three miles or 10 minutes drive from the city proper, Lolets Eco Park, now offers the only Eco tourism destination in Dao, Capiz. Benedicto Escutin in what his father, Luis, or "Lolet" the former mayor and member of the Dao Capiz started to develop about 4 acres of acres of nuisance properties. Duyoc in 1960.
In 2005, the entire four-hectare property has been developed and used as a "model to create awareness, especially among young people about the importance of a clean, green and beautiful."
"This is the only Eco Park in Dao. It is frequented by domestic and foreign tourists, because there is no other facility like this in our neighboring cities," he said.The park houses the remains of Panay railway bridge, connecting Capiz and Iloilo as the train was so one of the most easily accessible transportation in the 1980s.

Escutin said they are currently developing a convention center with capacity for 100 people, in addition to the existing hall, rooms and room accommodation.
